JOB SUMMARY:
Assemble, troubleshoot and repair airframes, engines and systems. Perform modification work on aircraft as required. Perform engine and propeller buildup, installation and adjustment as required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform a variety of mechanical duties on assigned aircraft models including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly and adjustment of various systems to complete the aircraft through flight and delivery to the customer.
· Perform duties in a manner consistent with the highest standards of safety.
· Make appropriate entries in aircraft records.
· General supervision needed in order the complete tasks plus additional on the job training required.
· Needs assistance to find solutions in order to solve problems.
· Listens to concerns and responds appropriately based on feedback given through the learning curve.
· Will learn to identify the need for improvements and be open to new ideas.
EDUCATION:
· Requires a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification.
