What You�ll Do:

As a Field HR Specialist, you�ll be the steady, trusted presence supporting multiple care centers. No two days will be alike�you�ll collaborate with leaders, guide teams, and bring energy and organization to a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

You will:

  • Build and nurture relationships across locations to ensure employees feel supported and valued.
  • Partner with managers to attract and hire the right people in each community.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, respect, and recognition.
  • Provide hands-on HR expertise in employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
  • Support new hires and leaders so they start off confident and connected.
  • Represent both employee and business perspectives, creating solutions that serve everyone.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor�s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR field operations or employee relations experience.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience supporting senior care or healthcare teams is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
