Requirements

• Passion for motorcycles and the powersports industry
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and maneuver motorcycles weighing 500+ lbs.
• Basic computer skills to navigate service systems and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Must own basic tools required for motorcycle diagnostics and service
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on motorcycles
• Assist with diagnostics and service work under the guidance of experienced technicians
• Complete repairs efficiently while improving speed and accuracy over time
• Inspect motorcycles and identify potential service needs
• Communicate with service advisors and managers to ensure accurate repair documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience
