About the job

As Field Force & Data Analyst Trainee, you will join Opella’s commercial organization and support data‑driven decision‑making for the Independents channel. This role combines data analysis, cross‑functional collaboration, and close interaction with field force teams.
You will work on real business projects, contribute to trade activation initiatives, and support Sell‑In and Sell‑Out activities, gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic, consumer‑focused environment.

Main responsibilities

  • Analyze and consolidate internal sales data and external market data (e.g. IQVIA) to monitor performance and growth potential in the Independents channel.
  • Collect and structure insights and feedback from Sales and Promotional field teams.
  • Build, maintain, and update monthly dashboards for Field Force leadership.
  • Support trade activation projects and Sell‑In / Sell‑Out initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
  • Provide analytical support to cross‑functional teams to identify gaps, risks, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with field force teams to support the execution of promotional activities and commercial initiatives.

About you

We are looking for a curious, analytical person who enjoys working with data and collaborating across teams.
  • Analytical mindset: Strong interest in data‑driven insights and continuous improvement.
  • Data skills: Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and tools; strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Collaboration: Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Accuracy: High attention to detail and reliability when working with data and reports.
  • Education: Student or recent graduate in Economics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken); Romanian language proficiency required.
