ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in London. In this role, you will manage projects end-to-end, build strong client relationships, and collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

What you'll do:

Client & Project Management

  • Manage smaller projects from briefing through to delivery with support from an Account Director

  • Build strong relationships with junior-level clients, becoming a trusted day-to-day partner

  • Confidently present work and manage client feedback in a constructive way

  • Ensure all projects remain on brief, on time, and on budget

Creative & Production Oversight

  • Collaborate closely with creative teams, contributing to briefings and reviews

  • Support the development of ideas and help shape high-quality outputs

  • Maintain full oversight of the production process, including timelines and status updates

  • Work in partnership with producers to keep projects moving efficiently

Strategy & Insight

  • Support the development of strategy on smaller projects

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of brand strategy and campaign objectives

  • Contribute to research and insight gathering to strengthen creative work

Operations & Business Management

  • Manage budgets, estimates, and client approvals

  • Ensure accurate invoicing and post-project reconciliation

  • Own account administration including timing plans, reporting, and logistics

  • Maintain high standards in all client-facing materials and deliverables

Team & Agency Contribution

  • Build strong internal relationships across departments

  • Act as a positive contributor to agency culture and initiatives

  • Share industry knowledge, trends, and inspiration with the team

You’ll bring:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Strong understanding of commercial and operational processes

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
