About the Role
Terra Labor is looking for a Sales Manager – Business Development to drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into long-term clients. This role combines hands-on sales execution with strategic relationship management.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the full sales cycle from presentation to contract signing
  • Develop and maintain strategic client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand key accounts
  • Create proposals, pricing structures, and projections
  • Execute effective closing strategies
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems
  • Travel regularly to meet clients

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) required
