About the Role
Terra Labor is looking for a Sales Manager – Business Development to drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into long-term clients. This role combines hands-on sales execution with strategic relationship management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the full sales cycle from presentation to contract signing
- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and expand key accounts
- Create proposals, pricing structures, and projections
- Execute effective closing strategies
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems
- Travel regularly to meet clients
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) required
