This structured, 6-8 month mentorship is designed for high-performing individuals ready to transition from sales or service into long-term leadership roles within the Farmers Insurance network.

• Hands-on Mentorship: Receive direct training from an experienced agency leader in sales, marketing, and team management.
• Career Pathing: Graduates of this program are eligible for advanced opportunities, including agency management or executive-level tracks.

• W-2 position with a base salary + commission + bonus opportunities

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
