The Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Systems (C4ISRS) Business Area provides actionable intelligence for our warfighters and decision makers through innovative technical solutions from the seas to the stars. BAE Systems is seeking an experienced systems engineer as part of a multi-disciplinary team of engineers to develop and field a critical military capability for the war fighter. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing system engineering inputs for work products, which includes tasking in the development of requirements, design, integration and fielding of this capability.
Utilizing digital engineering and model-based systems engineering
Support the preparation and delivery of technical presentations internally and for customer meetings.
Interfacing with Systems Engineering and Software Development Teams
Performing system integration and test per procedures
Performing Data Analysis and scripting
This position is based out of our Hudson, NH facilities.

Active Secret Clearance and eligible to acquire TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in technical discipline and 6+years of experience in related field, 4+ with Master's degree
Experience performing engineering activities in the development cycle including requirements, design & development, system integration and test.
Experience in performing software and systems integration and testing.
Utilizes digital engineering and model-based systems engineering
Familiarity with RF/SIGINT applications.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Team player with proactive attitude and the ability to be productive in a dynamic/collaborative environment.
Experience with Agile development
Mainly On-site tasking for lab testing
Preferred Skills and Education
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI and SAP/SAR clearance
Experience with software containers and Kubernetes.
Experience with Linux operating system
Experience with scripting in Python or MatLab
RF, Radar, Electronic Warfare, SIGINT or Software Defined Radio experience
Experience with test plans, procedures, schedules and reports.
Model based systems engineering principles with tools such as MagicDraw.
