Your Tasks:


  • Preparation of technical-commercial offers,
    analyzing the customer's technical specifications, identifying the compliant
    technical solution and calculating prices. costs, margins of the offer in order
    to reach the pre-set targets of order intake and profit set by the
    manager.                                                                        
  • Negotiation , in collaboration with "Sales
    BA/Legal", of contractual conditions favorable to the
    company.                                                                                       
  • Ensure an adequate handover process of the
    order to the order management team, ensuring that the order is technically and
    commercially defined before the official
    handover.        
  • Develop, in collaboration with the sales
    network, promotion of products and technical solutions that allow the
    consolidation of the hit rate and the increase of
    margins.                                                                                                       
  • Ensure
    the maintenance and renewal of customer qualifications (approvals,
    certifications, etc.)

Requirements:


  • Fluency in English and
    Italian (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of contracts,
    Terms & Conditions, costing, and bid preparation.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and basic SAP skills.
  • Technical understanding of high-voltage
    networks and related industry trends.
  • Basic knowledge of sales
    tactics and negotiation principles.
