Duration: Approximately 3 Weeks

Position Summary:
PVS Technologies is seeking a short-term Summer Plant Operations Intern to gain exposure to daily operations within an industrial chemical manufacturing facility. This position is intended to provide broad, hands-on learning opportunities across multiple areas of plant operations, including engineering, maintenance, production, administration, and general plant management. The intern will work closely with various plant personnel to develop a better understanding of industrial operations, workplace safety, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general plant projects and day-to-day operational activities
• Observe and support plant maintenance activities as directed
• Review and organize technical documents, procedures, and drawings
• Gain exposure to plant production operations and process flow
• Shadow plant leadership personnel across multiple departments
• Participate in safety discussions and follow all plant safety requirements
• Assist with general administrative and organizational tasks as needed

• Interest in engineering, manufacturing, industrial operations, or skilled trades

• Ability to work in both office and industrial plant environments
• Positive attitude and professional conduct

Work Environment:
This position will involve both office and field exposure within an operating chemical manufacturing facility. Appropriate safety training and personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
