Riverview Rehabilitation and Nursing is located in historic Owego NY and is a 77-bed offering skilled nursing and short-term rehab services. The facility located on the banks of the Susquehanna River offering stunning views and sounds of the river.

 Riverview Rehabilitation and Nursing is accepting applications for Maintenance Assistant to perform routine facility/equipment maintenance, complete work order timely and prioritize based on needs, maintain grounds in safe/clean and well-kept environment including mowing, minor plowing and shoveling/salting of sidewalks. Previous experience in performing building repairs in areas of carpentry, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, and masonry work.  Assist in maintaining cleaning and equipment maintenance logs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1.       High School Diploma

2.       Preferred experience working Long Term setting

3.       Excellent customer Service skills/Team Player

4.       Schedule include some Saturdays/on-calls and Overtime as required.
