We value consistency and balance. Choose the shift and commitment level that works best for you:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Start your day early and have your afternoons free!)

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Perfect for those who prefer to skip the morning rush!)

  • Full-Time: 5 days a week (Full benefits package included).

  • Part-Time: 3 days a week (Great for supplemental income or school schedules).

  • Weekend Balance: Enjoy a rotating weekend schedule to ensure everyone gets fair time off.

Why You’ll Love Being an LPN Here

At The Pines of Mount Lebanon, our LPNs are more than just clinicians—they are advocates and leaders.

  • Meaningful Connections: Work in a beautiful, intimate setting where you can build real relationships with residents and their families.

  • Supportive Leadership: Join a team where your expertise is respected and your voice is heard.

  • Focus on Care: Manage medications and clinical oversight without the frantic pace of a high-acute hospital setting.

  • Community Pride: We take pride in our reputation in Mount Lebanon and the surrounding South Hills area.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Clinical Excellence: Oversee medication administration and treatments for our residents with a high standard of accuracy.

  • Team Leadership: Act as a resource and mentor for our dedicated caregiving staff during your shift.

  • Resident Advocacy: Monitor resident health status, coordinate with physicians, and communicate updates to families.

  • Documentation: Maintain clear, concise electronic health records to ensure seamless transitions between shifts.

What We’re Looking For

  • The License: Valid Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing.

  • The Heart: A genuine passion for working with seniors and a "people-first" attitude.

  • The Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who can stay calm and lead during a busy shift.
