Description
- Provide enrollment advising support to transfer students, including transcript evaluation, and guidance on transfer credit policies and pathways.
- Manage course equivalency database, including outreach to faculty for course review, as needed.
- Support Advising team with advising and registration sessions.
- Serve as a resource for Enrollment by answering questions related to academic programs, student services, and campus resources by attending events and meeting with students.
- Maintain accurate student records to facilitate the enrollment process.
- Coordinate, document, and collaborate on initiatives related to improvement and facilitation of Enrollment processing, new and existing.
- Assist in developing enrollment related marketing materials for prospective students.
- Collaborate with the Enrollment team and other campus partners to improve the transfer student experience.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Previous experience working in higher education, admission or advising is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; experience with Slate and Ellucian platforms and Transferology products is a plus.
- Maintain full time status in an eligible Carroll University graduate program is required
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously.
