Compensation
Network Administrator: $60,000 – $75,000 (DOE)
Project Manager: $90,000 – $120,000 (DOE)

The company is seeking an IT Infrastructure Network Administrator & Project Manager to support daily network/server operations while leading infrastructure-related projects. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with project execution responsibilities, ensuring stable operations and successful delivery of infrastructure initiatives.
Job Description:Key Responsibilities
Network & Server Operations
Deploy and manage WAN circuits, ensuring stable connectivity and optimal performance
Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (Cisco or Juniper)
Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments, including routing, switching, and firewall systems
Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance
Support server operations and infrastructure stability
Infrastructure Project Execution
Propose and execute infrastructure-related SI projects (network upgrades, server migrations, etc.)
Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable solutions
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including architecture diagrams and implementation plans
Provide post-implementation support and continuous performance optimization
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in network and server operations / PM experience at least 5 years +
Proven experience with WAN circuit provisioning and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with Cisco or Juniper network devices
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or equivalent
Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
Bilingual in Korean and English for global coordination
