Job Description:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end work intake, capturing scope, effort, resourcing, timelines, and delivery classification.
  • Establish reporting mechanisms and track monthly team KPIs (4–6 per team).
  • Maintain Smartsheet-based portfolio tracking and reporting for resource availability and utilization.
  • Analyze demand trends, delivery timelines, and optimal resource allocation across teams.
  • Coordinate with Product Owners across pillars to support planning, requirements, and smooth work handoffs.
  • Partner with pillar leads and DA leadership on prioritization and staffing decisions.
  • Use data-driven insights to assess team effectiveness and recommend team structure, skills, and location.
  • Deliver compliance and performance reporting, own forecasting and workload planning, and lead a multi-disciplinary execution support team for end-to-end Data, AI, and Automation delivery.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Information Technology with a focus on Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, delivery management, or program management within a complex organizational environment.
  • Strong expertise in managing work intake processes, tracking delivery progress, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Proven capability to analyze operational data and convert insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple interdependencies.
  • Prior experience supporting data, analytics, AI, or automation-focused teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet or similar portfolio/work management tools, along with familiarity in Databricks, BI platforms, AI-enabled analytics solutions, and executive-level operational dashboard reporting.
