Job Summary: As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and enriching environment for young children to learn and grow.
Duties:
- Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment for preschool-aged children
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in line with curriculum guidelines
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and supportive space for children to thrive
- Use effective behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions and learning
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support child development and well-being
- Conduct assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting
- Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to develop engaging lesson plans
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
