St. Christina School is seeking a dedicated and faith-filled Assistant Principal to support the leadership and daily operations of our vibrant Catholic PreK–8 school community.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Principal in the overall administration and daily operations of the school
• Assist with student discipline, attendance, and school-wide procedures
• Support instructional leadership, including teacher coaching and classroom
observations
• Help coordinate school programs, events, and initiatives
• Foster a positive, safe, and faith-filled school culture for students and staff
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and families to support student success
• Support and uphold the mission and values of a Catholic school through leadership,
faith formation, and modeling Christian values
Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership (preferred)
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (preferred)
• Previous teaching and/or leadership experience in a school setting
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education

This position has an annualized salary range of $40,000-$50,000. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
