Job Description

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Riverswalk Assisted Living Facility

Location: Riverswalk Assisted Living Facility – Dayton, WA

Schedule: Full-Time | Day (5:30am – 6pm) & Night (5:30pm – 6am) Shifts available

Compensation: CNA: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour; HCA: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Shift Differentials: Evenings ($0.70); Nights ($1.25); Weekends ($1.00)

Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 (for full-time status only)

             
Flexible Scheduling | 2 Weekends/Month Required | 1:10 CNA to Resident Ratio

Qualifications

  • Active Washington State CNA or HCA license
  • BLS certification every 2 years
  • Current First Aid, Food Handler’s, Dementia and Mental Health certs preferred – we will help you obtain!
     

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
  • Provide companionship and engage residents in activities
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
  • Help with meals and encourage participation in programs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time
  • Support team spirit and positive community relations
