YOUR TASKS
product assembly process and test method strictly in line with product
engineering specification；
the routing of assembly, calculate the cycle time and assembly hour；
with internal and external supplier on new assembly line, test equipment and
fixture and installation progress；
on the continuous improvement on product assembly line and process optimization
to meet company expectation on quality, cost and productivity；
main faults and reasons for process, product, CLR（customer line return）,WR（warranty）；
the function of operating equipment including documentation, drafting and
updating of flow chart, PFMEA,WI；
instructing and supporting production department employees in matters of
production and process engineering.
related to new customer development (Trail run、Full run、WI、Production released etc.)
Ability to organize, coordinate and make plans
identifying claims potential resulting from engineering changes.
Preparing Run & Rate, obtaining assessment and all needed documentation for
process approval / qualification of the start of production.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
degree or above；
least 2 year’s experience on Manufacturing Engineering ;
English skill
and leadership
