Job Description
IDS is seeking Cleared American Guards (CAGs) to support secure construction projects in Misawa, Japan. CAGs perform access control, conduct inspections, and ensure no prohibited materials enter secure construction areas. This role directly supports the integrity of controlled construction zones.

Key Duties
• Perform access‑control duties at all pedestrian and vehicle entry points.
• Inspect all persons, bags, materials, tools, crates, and vehicles entering the site.
• Prevent introduction of prohibited materials such as weapons, electronics, and explosives.
• Conduct random inspections throughout the construction site.
• Report suspicious materials or incidents to the SSM or CST.
• Screen all non‑cleared personnel entering or exiting the site.

Requirements
• Active U.S. Secret clearance.
• Experience performing access control or security screening.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and conduct roving patrols.
• Fluent in English; must meet physical/medical requirements for Misawa assignment.
