Role Description
Role Summary:
The Data Analytics role combines data analysis, data engineering, process analytics, and advanced analytics to deliver insights, automation enablement, and decision support across business functions. This role partners with business, technology, automation, and cybersecurity teams to translate data into actionable intelligence while ensuring data quality, governance, and scalability.
Technical Skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
- Design, build, and maintain analytical datasets, data pipelines, and reusable data views.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated metrics to support business performance, automation monitoring, and executive decision‑making.
- Conduct trend, variance, scenario, and root‑cause analysis to evaluate business and process outcomes.
- Translate business and process requirements into analytical models, reporting solutions, and measurable KPI’s.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives through data analysis, volume metrics, exception trends, and performance insights.
- Apply statistical, exploratory, and predictive analytics techniques as appropriate to the problem space.
- Ensure data quality, documentation, and governance standards are met for analytics and reporting solutions.
- Run queries to extract, transform, and analyze data; interpret trends, anomalies, and drivers of change.
- Execute ad‑hoc analyses to support leadership decisions, operational monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Automate recurring reporting to reduce manual effort and improve data consistency.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting automation, and standardized metrics.
- Communicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders through presentations and visualizations.
- Collaborate with business, automation, engineering, and control teams to continuously improve analytics capabilities while adhering to policies and process requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- 2–6+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, data science, or process analytics roles.
- Proficiency in querying and analyzing data (e.g., SQL, BI tools, Excel, or equivalent).
- Experience working with raw, curated, and integrated datasets.
- Understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and analytics best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
