At Dietitian Live, we’ve moved beyond the "old dietetics" of meal plans and macros. We use brain rewiring to shift client identity—making healthy living second nature rather than a struggle. After just 4 sessions, clients feel the shift. They stay for 46+ sessions. This isn't just coaching; it’s transformation at scale. 


We are rapidly scaling a nationwide network of RDs to deliver whole-person, evidence-based care to Fortune 500 employers, health plans, and massive wellness ecosystems. We’ve cracked the clinical code; now we need a High-Performing COO to build the engine.


The Role

Operational Scale

  • Build and optimize the infrastructure supporting a rapidly expanding nationwide RD network
  • Drive consistency, quality, and efficiency across clinical delivery

Execution Engine

  • Translate company strategy into clear operating rhythms, priorities, and accountability
  • Implement systems that ensure predictable, repeatable growth

Team & Performance Leadership

  • Lead and develop cross-functional leaders (HR, Clinical, Operations)
  • Establish performance standards and accountability frameworks across teams

Financial & KPI Ownership

  • Own operating metrics, forecasting, and business performance
  • Drive decisions through data, identifying risks and opportunities early

Enterprise Delivery

  • Ensure seamless execution of enterprise partnerships and integrations
  • Align internal teams to deliver at scale for large clients

Technology & Process Alignment

  • Partner with product/tech to ensure systems support scale, efficiency, and user experience

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

  • RD network scales with maintained or improved client retention
  • Clear operating cadence (weekly/monthly KPIs, accountability rhythms)
  • Improved efficiency in scheduling, utilization, and delivery
  • Leadership team aligned and executing against shared priorities
  • Enterprise clients experience consistent, high-quality delivery

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth & Sales: Lead the charge on enterprise partnerships and wholesale channel growth across Fortune 500 employers and large benefits ecosystems.
  • Growth Marketing: Oversee high-impact marketing strategies to expand brand authority and reach.
  • Operational Scale: Build and optimize the infrastructure supporting a rapidly expanding nationwide RD network; Ensure consistent, high-quality clinical delivery across all markets
  • Execution & Operating Rhythm Translate company strategy into clear operating plans, KPIs, and accountability systems; Establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadences across teams
  • Team & Performance Leadership Lead cross-functional operators across HR, Clinical, and Operations; Drive performance management, utilization, and productivity across the RD network
  • Capacity & Workforce Planning  Align hiring, scheduling, and demand to ensure efficient coverage and minimal waste; Optimize RD utilization while maintaining quality of care
  • Financial & KPI Ownership Own operating metrics, forecasting, and margin performance; Identify risks and opportunities early through data-driven decision making
  • Enterprise Delivery Ensure seamless implementation and ongoing delivery for enterprise clients; Partner with Growth to transition new business into successful long-term operations
  • Systems & Process Optimization Build scalable processes and partner with Tech to ensure systems support growth and efficiency

Requirements
  • 7–10+ years in high-growth environments, with experience scaling operations
  • Proven experience building systems from early-stage to scale (“0 to 100”)
  • Strong financial and KPI ownership experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a remote environment
  • Healthcare, health-tech, or provider network experience strongly preferred
  • Track record of turning strategy into execution and measurable outcomes
