Position Overview:

Maintains control of all inventory items received, picked, stocked, and shipped

Essential Functions:

• Monitor inventory levels to determine level of safety stock and provide notification to supervisor or manager


• Maintain supplies shelving, chemical cabinets, and racking


• Chemical management to include replenishment, pick and FIFO


• Complete Daily Cycle Count tasks; create count sheets and audit discrepancies


• Material logistics between multiple locations; delivery and pick-up


• Verifies and keeps records on outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment including international and hazmat


• Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons


• Assembles wooden or cardboard containers or selects preassembled container


• Resolve inventory and work order discrepancies

Job Specifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Hazmat and International Shipping experience preferred


• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines


• Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail


• Excellent teamwork skills and high degree of initiative required


• Excellent communication, both written and verbal


• Work independently and possess a high level of self-motivation


• Must be proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)


• Proficient with ERP/MRP Systems
