Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Strategically manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, remarketing, performance max). Plan, build, and send segmented email and SMS campaigns with compelling CTA's.
- LSA Performance: Own performance of Google Local Services Ads - adjust budgets, dispute leads, and maintain top 3 placement.
- Google Business Profile Optimization: Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles with weekly updates, keyword-rich content, nd review responses.
- Performance Analysis: Launch and oversee programmatic advertising campaigns, including audience targeting and creative rotation.
- Lead Generation: Analyze lead generation performance and track attribution to improve ROI.
- Brand Alignment: Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure branded, conversion-focused assets.
- Tracking and Reporting: Ensure proper tracking and reporting using UTM parameters, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
- Monitor Trends: Monitor competitive trends and platform updates to keep the organization ahead in digital strategy.
The right candidate for this position must have:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, paid media, and campaign management
- Strong analytical, creative, and technical skills across digital platforms
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, vendors, and reporting tools
