- Maintain consistent, open, and effective communication with parents.
- Provide reliable, accurate, and timely information about the after school program to interested parties.
- Implement federal and state law, Department of Family Protective Services rule, and board policy
- Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other documents required.
- Maintain accurate records on children enrolled in the program.
- Manage the budget based on documented needs and ensure operations are cost effective and funds are managed prudently.
- Manage program equipment and supplies and recommend replacement and disposal of obsolete equipment as necessary.
- Recruit staff members, schedule monthly work calendars, and communicate any changes to maintain a fully staffed daily team for ASC.
- Ensure measures are in place and operating to protect students, staff, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain safety standards conforming with federal, state, and insurance regulations and develop a program of preventive safety.
- Implement and follow district safety protocols and emergency protocols.
