Als Stabsstelle des CFO arbeitet unsere Abteilung Information Security eng mit allen Geschäftsbereichen zusammen. Denn echte Informationssicherheit entsteht erst dann, wenn Security und Business gemeinsam handeln.

Ihre Aufgaben:

· Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des konzernweiten Awareness‑Programms inkl. Zielgruppenanalyse, Kommunikations- und Marketingstrategie

· Definition relevanter KPIs sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Messmethoden zur Erfolgskontrolle

· Erstellung moderner Lern- und Kommunikationsformate (u. a. Micro‑Learnings, E‑Learnings, Videos, Kampagnen)

· Organisation und Durchführung von Trainings, Workshops und Kampagnen – digital, hybrid oder vor Ort

· Planung und Durchführung von Phishing-Simulationen, Security‑Tests und Follow-up-Analysen, Evaluation der Maßnahmen

· Beobachtung aktueller Cyberbedrohungen (z. B. Social Engineering, KI‑basierte Angriffe, Ransomware) und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen

· Auswahl, Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister im Bereich Awareness und Phishing

Unsere Anforderungen:
 

· Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation · Einschlägige Berufserfahrung sowie Projektleitungserfahrung im Bereich Informationssicherheit im Enterprise‑Umfeld

· Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungs-/ Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen

· Kenntnisse in digitalen Lernformaten, LMS‑Systemen (z. B. Workday) und Standards wie SCORM

· Die vielfältigen bereichsübergreifenden Kontakte im Rahmen von Team- und Projektarbeit erfordern ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Überzeugungskraft

· Eine selbstständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse zu analysieren, konzeptionell abzubilden und zu moderieren
