What You’ll Do as a BCBA
Deliver High-Quality Clinical Care
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and evaluations
- Develop individualized goals and treatment plans
- Design and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Lead, Train & Support RBTs
- Provide training, feedback, and supervision
- Ensure adherence to BACB ethical standards and clinical expectations
Make Data-Driven Decisions
- Collect, review, and analyze data to guide treatment adjustments
- Document progress and maintain accurate client records
Partner with Families & Teams
- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, therapists, and other professionals
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and interdisciplinary discussions
Continue Growing as a Clinician
- Engage in continuing education and research-based learning
- Support the ABA Program Director with administrative tasks and program development
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and BACB requirements

Schedule
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No evenings, weekends, or on-call
Requirements
- Active RBT certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire through company training).
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred and/or relevant work experience
