Job Description

1. Project Planning and Process Management:
- Develop project plans, defining objectives and timelines for each phase.
- Monitor project progress to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Formulate NPI phase project activity plans and drive results, ensuring that processes and data metrics from design to production meet mass production requirements.
2. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with R&D, production, testing, marketing, and other departments to ensure clear communication of project requirements and technical specifications.
- Hold regular project meetings, organize meeting minutes, and follow up on discussion items.
3. Resource and Budget Management:
- Manage project resources and budgets using established processes and tools.
- Acquire knowledge or solutions in technical fields during project execution.
4. Product Market Analysis and Requirement Assessment:
- Analyze market trends and competing products to propose product improvement suggestions.
- Assess customer needs and assist in defining product specifications.
5. Product Lifecycle Management:
- Monitor all stages of the product from development to mass production, ensuring product quality and alignment with market demand.
- Support post-launch product maintenance and updates.
