岗位职责：

• 负责开发和设计与生产PM（粉末冶金）和MIM（金属注射成型）零件相关的模具和夹具。
• 负责开发和设计机器自动化系统。
• 负责开发新的JIM/PM/MIM生产工艺。
• 按照JEPDS将研发产品推向大规模生产。
• 执行分配项目的项目计划。

岗位要求：

• 本科或以上学历，机械设计或相关专业。
• 3年或以上粉末冶金模具设计相关经验，有MIM经验者优先，了解相关夹具或设备设计。
• 熟练使用SolidWorks和CAD等设计软件。
• 具有基本统计知识和数据分析能力。
• 具有基本项目管理能力。
