Due to growth and expansion Eagle Mechanical is adding an Estimator/Senior Estimator to our Houston team.  We have a great leadership team and this person will help build an Estimating/Precon team from scratch.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS  

• Read contract for fee enhancements
• Review bid requirements
• Thorough understanding for assigned scopes (specs and drawings)
• Develops RFI’s for CSP’s and clarification for CM@R
• Perform VE when required
• Constructability reviews 

Requirements:

• B.A. or B.S.in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture, or equivalent experience.  
• 3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Estimator on commercial projects.
