Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Firehouse Subs at Merry Corners in Pike Road, Alabama is looking for friendly, reliable Team Members to join our crew. We’re currently hiring especially for daytime and afternoon/night shifts. Team Members help prepare our quality subs, serve guests with a great attitude, and keep the restaurant running smoothly. New employees begin training on one station (such as cashier or sandwich maker) and are later cross-trained in all positions.

In this role, you will:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure an excellent customer experience
• Prepare sandwiches quickly, accurately, and with care
• Work the register, take orders, and handle payments
• Keep all work areas clean, stocked, and organized
• Support other team members and communicate clearly
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with tasks like cleaning or stocking as needed
• Participate in Firehouse Subs® Public Safety Foundation fundraising efforts

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Quick learner and comfortable using a POS/computer
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be available for day and afternoon shifts, including some weekends
• Previous restaurant or retail experience is helpful but not required
