Title:  Demand Planner


Location: São Bernardo do Campo


Base São Bernardo do campo, vai estar trabalhando também na Vila Mariana e Jaguare


 


Role Summary: 


Responsible for forecasting the sales which will impact the production levels efficiently, deploying finished goods, analyzing and reporting forecast results each month.


Improve service levels, help increase sales, and reduce system cost by making multiple critical decisions which impact production planning, inventory, service levels and supply chain costs.


 


Responsibilities:


 


1.End-to-End Demand Forecasting & Planning


Lead the monthly sales forecasting process to drive efficient production levels. Manage regular, new, promotional and discontinued products, to create a highly accurate and actionable demand plan.


2.Cross-Functional Strategic Alignment
Serve as the critical link between Supply and Demand by building continuous, collaborative relationships with Customer Development, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. Ensure forecast inputs are seamlessly aligned with LE/Budget processes and broader business objectives.


3.Inventory Management, Cost Optimization & Risk Mitigation
Make high-stakes decisions that directly impact production planning, inventory health, and finished goods deployment. Drive down overarching supply chain and system costs by actively supporting the management of slow-moving SKUs to minimize waste/obsolescence. Additionally, proactively develop and execute robust mitigation plans for out-of-stock (OOS) SKUs to protect service levels and revenue.


4.Advanced Data Analytics & Performance Reporting
Design, build, and utilize complex system reports and queries. Supervise performance metrics and apply "management by exception" principles to thoroughly analyze the business and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.


5.Process Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Act as a strategic change agent by challenging existing paradigms and leading special projects. Formulate, recommend, and implement innovative ideas and "best practice" methodologies to continuously drive business efficiencies, profitability, and superior customer service.


 


Required Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree




  • Experience in demand planning, inventory planning, production planning, commercial planning, or logistics.




  • Upper intermediate  to advanced English. 




  • Knowledge in G suite




 


Preferred Qualifications:




  • Knowledge of planning in the KINAXIS or APO platform




  • Knowledge of programming logic (SQL or Python)
