What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our manufacturing and logistics operations running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. You’ll be hands-on, working across teams and systems to ensure everything flows smoothly.

  • Use SAP to manage daily manufacturing, distribution, and logistics transactions, helping ensure strong service levels across operations
  • Support the coordination and troubleshooting of outbound production and lab orders
  • Track and analyze weekly and monthly CI/KPI data, providing insights that help improve productivity and performance
  • Partner with the Production Support Supervisor on KPI tracking and reporting
  • Prepare and deliver samples to QC, package samples for customers, and process shipments through systems like FedEx and UPS
  • Assist with process order reviews and communicate with lab teams as needed
  • Collaborate with Quality (QM) to resolve manufacturing or material-related issues
  • Support the development and maintenance of ISO documentation for the Manufacturing team
  • Communicate regularly with key internal stakeholders, including Customer Care, Planning, QC/QM, and Commercial teams

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma with relevant experience in the fragrance or manufacturing industry
  • 1–3 years of related experience

Technical Skills & Strengths

  • Experience working with SAP ERP systems and logistics platforms preferred.
  • Understanding of just-in-time (JIT) operations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and database tools
  • Comfortable working with numbers and inventory processes
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to adapt and support continuous improvement efforts

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range:
$58,000 – $70,000 annually (Givaudan takes into consideration a wide range of factors thatare utilized in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training,qualifications/certifications, and education, and internal equity.)
