The Office of Strategic Partnerships at the Robinson College of Business is seeking to hire a part-time Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships (Temp) to serve on the Strategic Partnerships and Immersive Programs team under the direction of the Director, Immersive Programs, with the support of the Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

The Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships and Immersive Programs. This role leads our student recruitment and professional development efforts for over 500 students who apply and engage in PIP-Panther Immersion Programs annually and will continue to operate with a high degree of independence, manage a variety of major events and signature programs, exercise sound judgment, and effectively build credibility internally and externally.  

Student Engagement and Program Management – With the support of a program manager, this role is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the following activities: student marketing, recruitment, selection process management, student professional development events, external site visits, resume books, program assessment, and reporting key metrics data.

  • PIP – Panther Immersion Programs -- our most mature immersive program continues to expand with a new trek to Charlotte added in 2022, Chicago in 2024, and the addition of site visits to Atlanta Firms in Spring 2023, this program will continue to be a focal point of this role.
  • RISE-Robinson Immersive Sophomore Experience – this program is expanding rapidly and needs additional program management support.
  • Immersive Scholarship Programs – these innovative new externally funded scholarships include immersive professional development activities which need to be managed.   (i.e. Delta Analytics Scholars)
  • CampusBridge Program – this new program offers partners office space and support services to hire student interns and run an on-campus internship with the company.

 

Strategic Partners – Talent Recruitment Activities

  • The position will also be responsible for planning and execution of talent recruiting activities to support Strategic Partners recruitment of students from our Signature and Immersive Programs.

Leadership and management of a program manager, oversight of student and staff volunteers to plan, implement, and evaluate activities including, but are not limited to: Information Sessions, Professional Speaker Series, Industry Insight Workshops, Campus Interviews and Targeted Emails and Resume referrals.

Survey Design & Outcomes Analysis

  • Design and administer pre- and post-program surveys for students, faculty, and corporate partners to assess satisfaction, learning outcomes, and program impact.
  • Analyze survey results and use insights to inform program enhancements, stakeholder communication, and strategic planning.
  • Evaluate program performance and recommend improvements based on feedback and outcome assessments.

Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report year-over-year program application data, including trends in student interest, demographic representation, and program selection outcomes.
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports to senior leadership to inform strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Develop dashboards or reports to monitor key performance indicators across immersive programs

Alumni Tracking & Impact Reporting

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of immersive program alumni, including current job title, company, industry, and location.

Willingness to travel up to 20% locally and regionally is required. 

This position may also assume other duties as assigned.  

 

 


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and four years of supervisory experience, or a combination of education and
    related experience.
