Brief Overview of Position:

Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) is seeking candidates for a Program Manager (PM) role to support a DHS client where we are focused on delivering innovative operations and solutions through proven successful methods. The ideal candidate will provide program management support for planning, execution, and completion of all project activities in accordance with DHS and USCIS Zero Trust requirements. The PM must organize, direct, and coordinate planning and execution of all activities, review the work of subordinates, and ensure that the schedule, performance parameters, and reporting responsibilities are met.

 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all work performed under the pertinent performance work statement
• Serve as the primary liaison with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
• Oversee task order execution and delivery
• Support Zero Trust engineering, architecture, and vendor/product agnostic decisions
• Guide cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of program outcomes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive program/project management experience with cybersecurity and information technology requirements
• Certification: PMP

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills at the executive level
• Experience with DHS systems (preferred)
• Experience specifically with Zero Trust maturity / architecture efforts
• Ability to manage competing priorities and complex program environments
