We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing Special Services Division (SSD) based in Beaver Dam, WI. This team specializes in remodels, renovations, and expansions across a wide range of industries, including food/dairy, healthcare, education, and light industrial. Most work is performed within a 1–1.5-hour radius of Beaver Dam, with occasional overnight travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform concrete flatwork, walls, and footings
- Read and interpret structural foundation blueprints and site plans
- Understand grade maps, pitch, slope, and commercial concrete requirements
- Work with concrete mix designs
- Finish, broom, and trowel concrete to required specifications
- Set concrete forms and footings
- Operate skid loaders and attachments
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- FA/CPR certifications preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in concrete flatwork, walls, and footings
- Experience operating skid loaders is a plus
- Procore certifications are beneficial
- Ability to complete daily reports and safety inspections
- Strong blueprint-reading skills (structural/foundation plans)
