KNOW THE ROLE 

The BTA Sales Consultant will deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience that reflects our luxury brand identity. You will act as a trusted advisor, building long-term client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring service excellence across every interaction. The successful candidate will embody the values of Brown Thomas Arnotts, demonstrating emotional intelligence, product expertise, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating needs and tailoring recommendations to drive sales

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales and service targets

  • Provide expert product knowledge across multiple categories and stay informed on brand launches

  • Accurately process transactions, loyalty sign-ups, and returns

  • Collaborate with stockroom, online, and concessions to ensure seamless operations

  • Participate in training and coaching to enhance product knowledge and service skills

  • Promote adoption of digital tools (e.g., CRM, WhatsApp clienteling, stock locators)

  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and data privacy
