Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized dish station and back‑of‑house environment

• Operate dish machines and perform manual washing when needed

• Assist with trash, recycling, and grease disposal according to restaurant procedures

• Support kitchen staff with basic prep or cleaning tasks during slower periods

• Ensure clean items are stocked and ready for cooks and front‑of‑house team members

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines

• Communicate with the team to keep service flowing during busy rushes
