About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as an Industrial Program Manager overseeing multiple onsite occupational health clinics. This leadership role combines clinical expertise with operational management, regulatory oversight, and client partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage clinical operations across multiple onsite locations
  • Provide clinical oversight to NPs, RNs, and support staff
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and occupational health regulations
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, onboarding, credentialing, and performance management
  • Conduct site audits and staff development sessions
  • Support wellness programs including biometric testing, vaccines, and health events
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategy, budgeting, and client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Bachelor�s degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of healthcare leadership or clinical management experience
  • Occupational/industrial health background strongly preferred
  • Charge Nurse experience a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel

Work Environment

  • Clinical, administrative, and industrial settings
  • Hybrid schedule with onsite and remote responsibilities

  • Regular keyboard/computer work
  • Frequent standing, walking, sitting
