The Crawford County R-II School District is seeking to hire bus drivers immediately. 

Essential Job Duties Including, But Not Limited To:

• Transport students over specified routes according to an established time schedule
• Transport students to events and field trips
• Comply with traffic regulations
• Drive safely and professionally
• Enforce the student discipline code
• Perform required pre-trip inspections
• Supervise students while transporting them
• Monitor and report fuel consumption, mileage and passenger numbers 
• Report delays, accidents and emergencies 
• Inspect the bus thoroughly before and after each trip

Qualifications and Benefits: 

• Class P with S endorsement required (bus drivers license training is available if not currently licensed)
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Crawford County R-II operates on a 4-day work week
• Retirement, fully paid BOE medical insurance option, and other ancillary benefits available

Pay:

• Starting pay at $20.00 an hour at 4 hours per day. 
• Commensurate with experience
• Extra-curricular trips with additional pay available
