Mariani Landscape is seeking motivated Crew Members to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing top-notch service. We currently have openings for both Maintenance and Enhancement roles. In either position, you’ll contribute directly to the visual appeal and health of diverse landscapes, ensuring each area reflects our high standards. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the beauty of our clients' properties through expert care and seasonal pruning.

Responsibilities and Duties

While tasks may vary based on your specific crew assignment, core duties include:

• Maintenance Focus: Conduct general maintenance duties such as precision lawn mowing, edging, and trimming.

• Enhancement Focus: Execute landscape enhancements, including planting new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs.

• Remove weeds and dead plants as needed to preserve the health and natural beauty of the landscapes.

• rim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves to ensure an appealing, professional look.

• Safely operate various landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and tillers.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Landscaper or similar role.

• Proficiency in operating maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.

• Landscaping is physically demanding—expect to lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

• Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).

• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time
