JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Web QA Architect 
Web QA Architect will be responsible to provide technical guidance with various functional & non functional tools, create and implement frameworks and get the team future ready.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Expertise with web performance infrastructure (CDNs, caching, reverse-proxies) and cloud resources (Azure, Google Platform).
• Must be a flexible self-starter who can ramp up with new requirements quickly and can adapt to a growing and evolving team
• Develop and evolve the library of standards, design patterns, and best fit criteria to ensure that solutions are easily maintained and extended across use cases.
• Set the technical direction and lead the test automation team.
• Experienced in implementing testing and QA frameworks in e-commerce and Web Applications’ domain using agile methodologies.
• Optimization of automation scripts.
• Review and understand the current reporting process, come up with feasible approach. 
• Regular attendance at work is an essential part of the job.
• Demonstrated skill in using coding standards and being an active participant in code reviews.
• UI and/or API level test automation expertise with various tools like UFT, Selenium, Telerik, Cypress, Postman.
• Nonfunctional testing expertise with tools like JMeter, Load Runner.
• Fosters a learning environment and mentors team members.
• Works with minimum supervision and makes independent judgments.
• Assists management with development of results oriented processes and project management.
• Initiates, establishes and maintains highly effective relationships with business contacts of various cultures, and at all levels.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Working knowledge on Java, C#, Python, .Net, Selenium, POSTMAN, Appium, Cypress, Tosca etc.
• Experience with web service technology like XML, REST, SOAP,FAST API.
• Expertise on CI/CD with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with SAFe Agile processes in a fast paced environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
• Knowledge in security testing, performance testing, performance tuning is a definite plus.
• Passion for achieving excellence in technical solutions, process, product quality and reliability.
• Must be extremely detail and technology oriented, possess excellent communications skills.
• Expert in various automation frameworks such as Cucumber, TestNG, POM. 
• Hard core experience in SQL 2016 or above.
• Good to have :
• Knowledge on Web Development.
• Knowledge on Docker Kubernetes.
• Experience in Cloud and Virtualization.
• Awareness of any revision control systems like Git/SVN/TFS/VSS.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering  or related field. In lieu of a degree, 3 years as a  Senior QA Analyst or a higher-level position.  In addition to the above the following experience is required:
• 8+ years QA Automation tools & Framework experience required.
• For internal candidates, experience can be a combination of internal and external experience.
•  Minimum 2 years of exceptional performance as Senior QA Analyst.
