    Isle of Wight County Schools is seeking collaborative, student-centered Special Education Inclusion Teachers who will partner closely with general education teachers to ensure that students with disabilities can successfully access grade-level curriculum in the least restrictive environment.

    These positions focuses on co-teaching, differentiation, and instructional support within general education classrooms, while also providing specialized instruction and ensuring compliance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

    The ideal candidate believes that all students can succeed when provided the right supports, enjoys working as part of a team, and is passionate about inclusive practices that strengthen outcomes for every learner.
