We’re currently looking for a full-time Field Technician to join our team in Palmyra, Missouri.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our rental and customer equipment running smoothly and safely. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections on diesel equipment.
  • Travel daily to customer sites for field service.
  • Operate and maintain a field service truck.
  • Diagnose issues, request parts, and document service for invoicing.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations from the company, government, and equipment vendors.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

  • Experience: 5-7 years in diesel equipment repair (hydraulic and electrical systems).
  • Education: Technical training and ability to read schematics preferred.
  • License: Valid Class A CDL preferred but not required and good driving record.
  • Skills: Strong verbal, mathematical, and technical skills.

Physical Requirements

  • This role involves standing, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • You’ll need good vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to inspect and repair equipment safely and effectively. 
  • Exposure to petroleum solvents, extreme temperatures, and mechanical equipment.
