Music Therapist (Part-Time)

Serenity Hospice – Pennsylvania
Pay: $25.00 per hour

Serenity Hospice is seeking a compassionate and creative Music Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide meaningful, patient-centered music therapy services that enhance quality of life, provide emotional support, and bring comfort to patients and their families during end-of-life care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized music therapy sessions to hospice patients

• Use music interventions to address emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs

• Collaborate with the care team to support patient care plans

• Document visits and maintain accurate patient records

• Support patients and families through compassionate presence and therapeutic engagement

Position Details

• Part-Time Position

• $25.00 per hour

• Mileage reimbursement provided

• Flexible scheduling based on patient needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy (or related field)

• Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) preferred

• Experience in hospice, healthcare, or related setting preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
