Controller
At Bethesda, we believe that how we steward our resources reflects our commitment to our mission and the people we serve. We are seeking a Controller who will lead the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization—someone who ensures financial accuracy, strengthens internal systems, and supports the organization with clear and reliable financial information.
This role oversees the core accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. These functions serve as a critical foundation for Bethesda—providing the financial clarity and accountability needed to support wise decision-making and responsible stewardship.
The right leader will bring structure, discipline, and consistency to financial operations, while working collaboratively across the organization to ensure financial information is accurate, accessible, and useful.
You may be a strong fit for this role if you are a hands-on accounting leader who enjoys building processes, improving systems, and leading a small team with clarity and accountability. You take ownership of outcomes, value accuracy, and work well with others to ensure the organization operates effectively.
