Adv Practice Prov SUBS

You will Provide medical care and medical management of clients in adult residential and ambulatory Detoxification Treatment Services.  Provide history and physicals for clients in adult and youth intensive Residential Treatment Services.  Provide supervision for Detoxification RN’s and LVN’s.

Minimum qualifications:  

Minimum Education: Master’s Degree

Substitutions:  None

Required Experience:  1 year of family or internal medicine

Preferred Experience: 1 year experience with substance use disorders

Required License: Texas Physician Assistant License/APRN License

Valid Texas driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Must provide license (if applicable) and official documentation of all educational attainment i.e. Transcript/Degree/Certificate

Will have Data 2000 waiver for buprenorphine by time of on-boarding to agency
