The information below summarizes the pre-application process for Novo ministry staff candidacy.  All pre-application documents are used by those responsible for selecting ministry candidates for Resource Teams to prepare for further conversation and to discern ministry preparedness and fit with Novo. 

1. Our Ministry Staff Selection Process starts with an initial application. The information you provide on the app will help us to learn more about your spiritual journey and what brought you to us.

2. After you complete the initial app, we will follow up with an invitation to complete a Life History Questionnaire (which documents how your story has shaped you and prepared you for vocational ministry), APEST (an online, self-assessment tool that measures your behavior against the FiveFold Ministry standards found in Ephesians 4), and GRIP (an online spiritual gifts assessment).
