The Metal Ware Corporation is a privately owned company located in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Metal Ware has been manufacturing consumer products for over 100 years. You may know us best through our brands such as NESCO, Chard, and Grizzly. We make many of our products here in our Two Rivers plant using injection molding, metal stamping and rotational molding equipment. Do you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in doing things the right way? We’re seeking a Rotational Mold Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll contribute directly to producing high-quality plastic components in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where safety and quality come first.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the operation of a rotational molding machine, producing plastic components conforming to customer and company specifications.
- Prepare molds by cleaning them, adding inserts, and other components.
- Add the proper amount of materials to each mold, and utilize overhead cranes to regularly lift and move heavy equipment.
- Assist in loading and unloading molds.
- Maintain safe and cleaning working conditions.
- Fill material in staging buckets with correct mixtures to ensure quality.
- Stage and prepare for production runs.
- Perform operations under a sensitive-time duration process.
- Perform quality acceptance checks as needed.
- Promote Company Core Values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving equipment
Comfortable lifting, moving, and positioning heavy molds and materials (with assistance and equipment)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Safety-first mindset and willingness to follow procedures
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from leads or supervisors
Previous manufacturing or molding experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right candidate
