Heavy work involving lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Physical dexterity in limbs and digits to operate hand and power driven tools and equipment and perform strenuous manual labor. Ability to bend, stoop, grasp and reach.

Under general supervision, to maintain assigned rooms, buildings or group of buildings, offices and service facilities in a clean, orderly and secure manner; to perform outdoor and general grounds care duties when assigned; and to do other related work as may be required.
